At Optimum Fitness, we aim to provide high-quality training programmes and coaching services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Training Programmes)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All purchases are final

  • Once a training programme has been delivered (via download or email), no refunds will be issued

This is because digital content cannot be returned.

2. Coaching Services (1-to-1 & Group Training)

For coaching services:

  • Payments are generally non-refundable

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled session:

    • You may request to reschedule (subject to availability)

    • Missed sessions may not be refunded

Refunds for coaching services may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

3. Access Issues

If you experience any issues accessing your purchased product:

  • We will ensure you receive access to your purchase

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • We will review and may issue a refund where appropriate

5. Technical Problems

If a product is faulty or not working as intended:

  • Contact us with details of the issue

  • We will provide support or a corrected version
