Built by someone who actually plays
I built this programme from years of experience competing across multiple different sports such as: Rugby, Track and Field and Pentathlon - achieving 10.9s in 100m, a youth British pentathlon title and high level rugby.
I struggled with burnout and chronic fatigue as I thought (and was told) that I could push through the pain. That lead me to misery and eventual surgeries. I then set out on a mission to build system which put the athletes needs first. That journey led me to create this programme.
This programme contains everything I wish I had when I was growing as an athlete. I still use this programme to this day and it facilitates all my sporting needs. It is the only one I can truly trust.
